- A friendly on-site welcome where you will meet with a personnel member to review and discuss the specific details of your current property operations.
- Providing for the individual needs of each of our clients. We will work with you as we design a management contract specific to your property.
- Supervision of daily operations. We will manage accounts receivable and accounts payable on a monthly basis.
- Monthly updates. We will provide you with a monthly statement of income and expenses related to your property.
- Managing of resident files and accounts. We will utilize our HUD approved software to regularly track all monthly activity.
- Maintenance supervision. We will oversee the on-site maintenance activities in order to protect your investment.
