Adam is one of the founding members of Bachand Group; he has been a property management professional for over 20 years.  Adam currently acts as Director of Operations and still works in all areas of the company from development to implementation of tax credits.  He also runs the financial side of the business and oversees the regional managers on staff.  His overall knowledge and expertise in all of the areas of subsidized and market rate apartment complexes is unmatched

Corey Bachand
Corey is the other founding member of Bachand Group; he also has over 20 years of experience in property management.   Corey has played a key role in the growth of the business with his drive and commitment to success.  He plays a crucial part in the business acting as the Director of Investment Activities for Bachand Group.  His goal oriented mindset has made the company a leader in the world of apartment management.

Pat Heytens
In early 2009 Pat joined Bachand Group as a shareholder.  Pat brings over 25 years of independent business ownership and investing to the Company.  Furthermore, he strengthens Bachand Group with the technical expertise he contributes.   His knowledge in the world of software control systems has made him a valuable asset,  and has allowed the company to excel in the ever changing world of apartment management.
