The HUD Section 8 Program was created in 1974 to help the low income population receive adequate housing.  In the Section 8 Program, tenants pay about 30% of their income for rent, while the rest of the rent is paid with federal money on a monthly basis.  Bachand Group understands both the history and the future of the HUD Section 8 Program.  We believe this knowledge can continue to serve our current clients’ needs as well as our future clients' bottom lines.
