Bachand Group can provide audit support as part of our management package.  We use HUD approved accounting software to track all of the financial activities of our managed properties.  This software is extremely accurate at providing a clear picture of your properties’ year-end financial statements.  The Bachand Group staff will then provide this information to the owner’s accountants for their audit review.  We will continue to be involved in the ongoing audit discussions and paperwork until our clients feel comfortable to have their accountant finalize the audit.   Our professional staff goes through this process every year and has a vast level of experience in this area.  Bachand Group staff prides itself on saving our clients the headaches and stress that usually come with audit preparation.
